Engineering
Our Engineering Department, through the application of modern integrated design and manufacturing management systems, carries out the design, machining programs, manufacturing and assembly processes and routes, verification guidelines and instructions, configuration control and document management.
Surface treatments
Aluminum and stainless steel treatment facilities allow us to solve the most common processes used in the aeronautical sector, such as chemical conversion, chromic anodizing, sulfuric anodizing, titanium anodizing or stainless steel passivation.
Machining
We have vertical and horizontal palletized machining centers, capable of machining 3, 4 and 5 axis parts and sizes up to 800 mm through the most advanced machinery at present (DMG Mori Seiki, Mazak Variaxis or Deckel Maho) to remain at the forefront of high precision machining.
Logistics
We have integrated and automated warehousing services with production process and real-time connectivity with the customer. This allows us to manage the complete process from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery to the customer as assemblies.
Auxiliary processes
We have the means to manufacture, including bending, sheet metal components; means of assembly of small subassemblies including assembly of bushings with interference fit and swaging of spherical plain bearings. This allows us to reduce our manufacturing lead times and ensure quick turn-around and AOG deliveries.
Deburring and lapping
Deburring area: Fully equipped and staffed by experienced personnel. Lapping: Using the Sunnen MBB-1660 machine to achieve the strict standards of diameter and roughness. Nickel polishing and hard anodizing coatings.
Fusion (TIG) and laser welding
We have the capability to meet specific customer requirements.
