ENGINEERING

Our Engineering Department, through the application of modern integrated design and manufacturing management systems, carries out the design, machining programs, manufacturing and assembly processes and routes, verification guidelines and instructions, configuration control and document management.

FOLDING & SWAGGING

Folding Machine: To expand the manufacturing and fabrication potential. Swagging Machine: To maximize efficiency in the production and to minimize waste.

LOGISTICS

We have integrated and automated warehousing services with production process and real-time connectivity with the customer. This allows us to manage the entire process from the purchase of raw materials to delivery to the customer as assemblies.

DEBURRING & LAPPING

Deburring area: Completely equipped and with experienced personnel. Lapping: Use of the Sunnen MBB-1660 machine to reach the strict diameter and roughness standards. Nickel polishing and hard anodized coatings.

MACHINING & TURNING

We have a total of 44 machines of vertical and horizontal palletized machining centers, capable of machining 3, 4 and 5 axis parts and sizes up to 800 mm through the most advanced machinery available today (DMG Mori Seiki, Mazak Variaxis or Deckel Maho) to remain at the forefront of high precision machining.

FUSION (TIG) & LASER WELDING

Ability to meet specific customer requirements.

SURFACE TREATMENTS

The aluminum and stainless steel treatment facilities allow us to solve the most commonly used processes in the aeronautical sector, such as chemical conversion, chromic anodizing, sulfuric anodizing, titanium anodizing or stainless steel passivation.

Our two sites have a total surface area of 5,000 m2, 42 machines specialized in machining processes that offer a total range of more than 367,000 operating hours.

CLIENTS

Among its customers are international Tier 1 companies such as Aciturri, Aernnova, Airbus, Alestis, CESA (Héroux-Devtek), Ruag and ITP, with whom PMA, through Acatec and Formecal, has been working for years.
